Sub-processor List
These are the sub-processors we engage to provide the Vela Digital hosting service. Each processes personal data only as needed for its role and is bound by terms no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement at /legal/dpa. We remain responsible to you for their performance.

International transfers (for example to US-based providers) are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the equivalent Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where appropriate.
Changes to this list
How we notify you of additions or replacements, and your right to object.
We update this list when we add or change a sub-processor and give reasonable notice before the change takes effect. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if we cannot resolve a reasonable objection, you may terminate the affected service. Questions or objections: email info@vela-digital.uk.
